Baker Boyer Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor to manage trust and investment accounts, lead client relationships, and provide fiduciary guidance. You will work with clients on wealth planning, portfolios, and legacy goals, while collaborating with the DS Baker Advisors team.

The role requires strong fiduciary knowledge, client-service excellence, and the ability to develop new opportunities. CPA/JD preferred; on-site position in Walla Walla, WA.

Qualifications

• CPA or JD preferred; professional credentials valued.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in a client-facing service role in banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage trust and investment relationships.
• Provide leadership for significant clients and team collaboration.
• Maintain fiduciary and investment expertise for client advice.
• Retention calls to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
• Develop cross-sale opportunities and client referrals.
