The Senior Advisor serves as a trusted fiduciary, guiding discovery and coordinating with planning specialists to deliver tailored wealth solutions and client-centric service.

Qualifications

• Advanced fiduciary knowledge and experience in trust and estate administration.
• Strong client relationship management and retention skills.
• Ability to operate independently within wealth management context.
• Proficiency with financial planning concepts and tax considerations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage complex trust and client relationships.
• Serve as primary advisor for significant client relationships and grow book of business.
• Demonstrate fiduciary expertise and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of financial planning concepts and tax strategies.
• Coordinate with planning specialists for complex analyses and solutions.
• Actively pursue client retention and growth through proactive conversations.
