Wisepath Recruiting, a division of Wisepath Group, offers a direct-hire training program in macroeconomic planning and client acquisition. You will be paired with a mentor to build a highly predictable, relationship-driven local business.

The program covers licensing (Life & Health, FINRA), and continuous professional development, with startup financing and substantial earning potential through commissions. Background in non-financial fields is welcomed.

Qualifications

• No prior financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is valuable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent track record of professional success.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
• Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
• Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's financial modeling software.
• Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
