Qualifications

• No prior financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management valued.
• Must pass industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
• Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
• Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's advanced financial modeling software.
• Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
