Equitable Advisors is hiring for a wealth-management pathway role with in-office presence. The role focuses on client engagement, financial strategy development, and product/service consultation, supported by structured licensing through FINRA sponsorship.

The program includes a 120-day hands-on training period (PEP), access to Virtual University, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth toward CFP, ChFC, and Equitable’s Holistic Financial Coach credentials.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience is required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
