Equitable Advisors is looking for a driven professional to join our network of financial professionals in a hands-on training track. The role emphasizes client engagement, portfolio oversight, and strategic guidance to help clients reach financial goals.

You will receive FINRA sponsorship for licensing, participate in a comprehensive 120-day training period, and access virtual learning resources along with mentorship from a Vice President. A path toward CFP and related designations is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• State Life & Health licenses needed.
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licensing required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to impact others.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and build relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
• Consult on suitable financial products and services for clients' situations.
• Maintain an in-office presence as part of role requirements.
