As a Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution, providing clients with personalized service, ongoing advice, and a fiduciary relationship built on Schwab’s approach to investing. You will directly impact clients’ lives by helping them manage complex portfolios and achieve their financial goals, using a broad array of products including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading.

You will grow within an experienced, collaborative team, deepening relationships with partners and industry-leading advisors. If you seek to develop your wealth management expertise in a role that allows you to help clients while doing what you love, this opportunity is for you.

What you have
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days with a current CFP or CFA designation, verified before hire)
  • Active FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within first 120 days)
  • Three or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios
  • Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP or CFA designation
  • Superior relationship management and client retention skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
