Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Private Banker in the U.S. Private Bank to advise families on building and preserving wealth. You will leverage investments, credit, and banking expertise to advise current clients and drive new client acquisition.

You will join a local team supported by an institutional platform with resources and specialists to help clients achieve their goals. A strong network and client-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Strong community presence with an established network.
• Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
• Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust and understanding client needs.
• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new acquisition.
• Advise clients on overall balance sheet including asset allocation, investments and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed.
• Connect clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and long-term objectives via goals-based planning.
