Job summary

J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank is seeking an experienced Private Banker to advise families on building, preserving, and managing wealth. You will leverage investments, credit, and banking expertise to advise current clients and attract new assets.

You will work with a local team and a robust institutional platform to deliver tailored balance sheet solutions while adhering to risk controls and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required (must obtain within 90 days of start).
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Strong community presence with an established network.
• Experience with investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust and understanding client needs.
• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing clients and new acquisitions.
• Advise clients on balance sheet, asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed.
• Connect clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet clients’ needs and objectives through holistic planning.
