Equitable Advisors is recruiting in-person wealth managers through a structured licensing and employment path. You will engage clients, understand financial objectives, and tailor strategies with clear guidance.

Training includes FINRA licensing and a 120-day hands-on program, followed by mentorship and potential CFP/ChFC designations. The role emphasizes in-office presence, a collaborative culture, and long-term growth within Equitable Advisors’ nationwide network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and nurture relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
• Understand clients' objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and guidance.
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' situations.
