Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 15–20 client/prospect meetings per week.
• Lead discovery and second appointments.
• Present planning-based recommendations.
• Identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
• Close new business and follow up on cases.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Work toward a production target of roughly $600K–$1M in new business per week.
