Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Wealth Advisor in the Richmond area to guide existing clients through important financial decisions and build toward advisory leadership. You’ll lead planning conversations, translate recommendations into actionable steps, and work with an experienced Lead Advisor as your responsibilities grow.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience. You do not need to bring a book of business; the role focuses on financial planning and long-term

Qualifications

• Five or more years of wealth-management experience.
• Experience supporting or managing ongoing client relationships and leading planning meetings.
• Ability to translate complex topics into understandable advice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and lead client reviews, manage changing priorities, and explain recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate financial advice across investments, retirement, cash flow, tax considerations, insurance, estate planning and wealth transfer.
• Keep clients informed and help them follow through on agreed next steps.
• Partner with service colleagues, custodians and clients’ tax and legal professionals to implement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure requests and commitments are completed.
• Support consistent service standards and help less-experienced colleagues develop.
