A leading financial services provider is seeking candidates for their Financial Advisor Development Program. This role involves working with high-net-worth individuals, identifying their financial needs, and delivering comprehensive investment advice. Successful candidates will undergo extensive training and mentorship to build a successful advisory practice. Prior experience in financial services along with the required licenses are necessary. The position is based in Chicago, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Competenze

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year experience in financial service or sales environment.
• Minimum of one year experience in investments industry with knowledge of investment products.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Collect necessary client profile data for account openings.
• Provide recommendations of investment products based on client needs.
