Job summary

First Interstate's Sheridan, WY Downtown branch is seeking a Wealth Advisor I to expand existing relationships and develop new ones through a comprehensive financial planning approach. The role leads a relationship team and may supervise and motivate team members.

This position emphasizes delivering integrated wealth management and banking solutions to high-value clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor's, preferably a Master's, and 10+ years in financial planning, trust or investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in financial planning, trust, investment, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Expands and enhances Wealth Management and bank relationships with high-value clients.
• Delivers wealth management, asset protection, retirement, and banking solutions.
• Designs, implements, updates, and monitors comprehensive financial plans.
• Leads relationship team and may supervise team members.
• Performs duties consistent with bank, wealth management, and regulatory requirements.
