First Interstate Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor I for our Sheridan, WY Downtown branch. This position focuses on expanding relationships through comprehensive financial planning, supervising a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional service retention.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in financial planning and the necessary leadership skills to achieve client objectives. The role offers a generous benefits package including competitive PTO and employer retirement contributions.

The Wealth Advisor I leads expansion of existing and develops new Wealth Management and First Interstate Bank relationships through a comprehensive financial planning approach. The position will lead a relationship team and may be responsible for the supervision and motivation of team members.

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. 10+ years experience in financial planning, trust, investment, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
