Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth, you know how to build relationships and are comfortable generating new business
• Financial planning experience, CFP® highly preferred
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
