Job summary

Beacon Pointe, a national RIA, is seeking motivated Wealth Advisors to join in multiple locations across the country. This role focuses on building client relationships, delivering integrated financial planning and investment advice, and growing a sizable book of business.

Beacon Pointe provides its established brand, sophisticated planning resources, and dedicated marketing and client onboarding support to help advisors succeed and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• Financial planning experience; CFP® highly preferred.
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset.
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or ability to obtain them.
• Background in a wirehouse, independent B/D, bank, or RIA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in‑class client experience.
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
