Job summary

Beacon Pointe is seeking motivated Wealth Advisors to join our nationwide team, leveraging a respected national brand and robust investment resources to grow a larger book of business while delivering tailored financial planning and investment advice.

You will build lasting client relationships, provide best-in-class guidance, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions; CFP® credentials and FINRA/advisory licenses are highly preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth; comfortable generating new business.
• Financial planning experience, CFP® highly preferred
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in‑class client experience
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
