Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners across lines of business.
• Knowledge of PCs (Windows, Office) and digital platforms to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
• Refer investment and insurance products to appropriate sales professionals.
• Develop and maintain a referral pipeline through internal and external centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, home equity, loans, CDs).
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and client transactions as needed; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
