Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to KeyBank clients and communities.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer investment and insurance products.
• Develop and maintain a client referral pipeline and prospecting activities.
• Open personal and business accounts and document client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen client relationships and cross-sell solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk, and audit procedures; support branch operations.
