orsa credit union is seeking a Wealth Advisor responsible for selling wealth management products to members across branches. The role includes coaching teammates, meeting with prospective clients, reviewing goals, and presenting investment solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• NASD, Series 7, Series 63, and Insurance licenses.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, sales, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized investment strategies for members and coach team members in sales.
• Guide retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, estate considerations, and income strategies.
• Deliver personalized financial plans aligned with client objectives and life stages.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes and economic developments.
• Grow assets under management through referrals and partnerships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance as needed.
• Maintain regulatory and ethical standards and ensure client documentation is accurate.
