• Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; quick trust-building.
• Ability to prospect, network and source clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Prioritize referrals and tailor solutions for clients.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client goals.
• Balance growth with compliance and ongoing development.
