Job summary

Bank of America is recruiting for the Advisor Development Program to become a Financial Advisor within the Merrill Wealth Management group. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identifying needs, building relationships, and delivering comprehensive recommendations aligned with client goals.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow your experience and portfolio, with a focus on training, client reviews, and collaboration across banking and investment partners.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Experience in investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products.

Responsibilities

• Develops a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
• Prioritizes sourcing prospective clients and referrals; delivers customized solutions.
• Recommends investment products aligned with client objectives, time horizon, and risk profile.
• Balances growth, referrals, follow-up, prospecting, and compliance in daily/long-term planning.
• Organizes resources to run an effective practice and collaborates with specialists as needed.
• Completes mandated training, assessments, and continuing education.
