Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed investment sales professional to manage a branch-based book and deliver NDIPs and insurance solutions. You will build relationships with branch staff, provide holistic financial planning, and drive referrals while meeting sales goals in a compliant environment.

The role requires active Series 7/63/65/66 where applicable, an active life license, and strong communication. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of sales experience and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license and FINRA registrations (7/63/65/66 as applicable).
• 2+ years of investment sales experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products and financial planning.
• Ability to sell to investment clients and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated representative for one or more branches.
• Deliver Non-Deposit Investment Products (NDIPs) to customers.
• Provide advice-based financial solutions for a book of business.
• Solicit new and existing investments and insurance solutions.
• Build partnerships with Branch Managers and Centers of Influence.
• Use consultative sales processes and assessment tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and broker-dealer requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service during interactions.
• Cross-sell and generate referrals through product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while following policies and regulations.
