Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced investment sales professional to deliver NDIPs and advisory solutions for branch customers in Tacoma and surrounding areas. You will build partnerships with branch managers, assess client needs, and drive cross-selling of investment and insurance products while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in investment sales, holds a Life Insurance license and active Series 7 (plus 63/65/66 as required).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years investment sales experience
• Active Life Insurance License
• Active Series 7 Registration
• Active Series 63 Registration (if required by state)
• Active Series 65 or 66 Registration (if required by state)
• Computer literacy with MS Office and broker-dealer applications
• Evidence of strong sales results
• Broad knowledge of investment clients and needs

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated representative for a branch or branches
• Deliver NDIPs and services to branch customers
• Provide advice-based financial solutions for a book of business
• Solicit investments and insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Build partnerships with Branch Managers and COIs
• Use consultative sales processes and assessment tools
• Provide comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions
• Offer diversified brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical practices
• Deliver high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Support and motivate branch staff referrals
• Cross-sell and generate referrals to the institution
• Meet or exceed sales goals for the territory while complying with policies
