The role begins in a Service Advisor capacity, supporting clients and advisors with a strong training program and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within six months.
• Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain.
• CFP designation preferred or willingness to pursue.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management.
• Strong communication skills with a client-first, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in delivering high-quality client service and financial plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with account management, client onboarding, and ongoing service needs.
• Participate in the firm’s advisor development program.
• Gradually transition into business development and client acquisition responsibilities.
