Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an Advisor Associate to support financial planning and wealth management activities for clients. The role involves data gathering, case design, scenario building, financial plan development, plan applications, and portfolio implementation, working closely with Advisors to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Responsibilities include leading client calls, creating proposals and materials, coordinating meetings, and assisting with data consolidation.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of relevant experience.
• Pursuing CFP, CFA or JD credential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities.
• Collaborative and able to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
• Initiate and field client calls on strategy ideas and portfolio inquiries.
• Create proposals for prospective clients and update financial plans.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
• Liaise with clients' attorneys and accountants as needed.
• Monitor portfolios and rebalance as required.
• Assist with client data consolidation and special projects.
