Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors in Chicago seeks an Advisor Associate to support Advisors with wealth management and financial planning needs. The role includes data gathering, case design, scenario building, and portfolio implementation.

Responsibilities include preparing client meeting materials, coordinating with attorneys and accountants, and assisting with data consolidation and special projects. Requires CFP/CFA/JD progress and 0–4 years' experience.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of relevant experience.
• CFP®, CFA or JD in progress or completed.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, accounting, economics, or law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
• Initiate and field client calls on strategy ideas and portfolio inquiries.
• Create proposals for prospective clients and update financial plans.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings and complete all follow-up activities.
