Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking an Associate Advisor to support Advisors in delivering detailed financial planning and wealth management services to clients. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to prepare financial plans and formulate investment recommendations.

You will arrange client meetings, manage follow-up activities, and serve as a key client liaison, helping address account and portfolio inquiries while ensuring a superior client experience in a collaborative,

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be organized, diligent, and able to manage and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrates personal integrity and professional initiative.
Reliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter.
Series 65 - or able to complete within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
Initiate and field client calls on strategy ideas, account questions, portfolio inquiries.
Build proposals for prospective clients.
Build and/or update financial plans for clients.
Prepare materials for client meetings; collaborate with internal teams.
Attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
Liaise with clients' attorneys and accountants as needed.
Monitor portfolios and maintain target allocations; rebalance as needed.
Assist with client data consolidation and maintenance.
Assist with special projects as required.
