Job summary

CBI Bank & Trust seeks an Associate Wealth Advisor to assist the Investment Team in delivering high-quality service to the existing client base. You will field inquiries, make outbound calls, handle client needs, place trades and conduct routine client reviews.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience; Series 7 and 65 licenses (or equivalent) and life/health licenses preferred. Strong computer and IRA knowledge, plus excellent communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Series 7 and 65 securities licenses (or equivalent) and life/health licenses preferred.
• Strong computer skills; solid understanding of IRAs.
• Proficient math and excellent written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming/outgoing client inquiries.
• Provide high-quality customer service to client base.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar.
• Proactively communicate with clients and assist with processing.
• Place trades as directed and assist with client reviews.
