Job Description

Lead in the delivery of the Centerline experience for existing and new client relationships. In some cases, this would be in a collaborative role with other advisors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interviewing and collaborating with clients to define or confirm their individual objectives and goals.
  • Guide clients through a discovery process to gather or update key information on their financial resources, risk tolerance, tax status, insurance and other information needed to develop or maintain their financial plan.
  • Recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning.
  • Execute a tailored service plan for each client to regularly report progress results and gather updates on family, health, career, and changes to their financial resources and objectives. Additionally, respond same day to client financial related needs similar to a family CFO.

Collaborate with the other firm advisors and specialists to develop new or existing client relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Present and articulate the Centerline Wealth comprehensive client experience to existing or prospective clients.
  • Gather and organize all the data from prospective clients needed to analyze their current financial situation and develop an engagement strategy.

Other:

  • Work with lead advisors to market, coordinate and deliver niche market solutions
  • Develop and lead tax planning initiatives (must be comfortable with accounting principles and concepts and be willing to grow in this area).
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and the execution of the firm’s strategic vision/goals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
  • CFP or interest in obtaining
  • Must have exemplary customer service skills and an unmatched work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse personalities
  • Demonstrated ability to focus both strategically and tactically
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Salary is commensurate with experience and substantial payout for sourced clients is included
