Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Registered Academy Manager to lead onboarding and Wealth Management Advisor Development programs in an in-office environment. You will drive proficiency by identifying skill gaps, coaching participants, and coordinating virtual and classroom sessions with leadership alignment.

The role requires 2+ years in Wealth Management, Series 7/66 licenses, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a large-scale learning focus and oversight of 25+ new hires.

Qualifications

• Wealth Management experience including coaching and developing employees for proficiency and performance.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• Ability to diagnose root causes, skill gaps and implement performance action plans.
• Strong problem solving and follow-up skills with effective escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates onboarding, core and/upskill Academy programs (virtual/in-class).
• Identifies gaps, develops action plans, and coaches participants to milestones.
• Manages program outreach, logistics, communications, and access to technology.
• Partners with content design to provide curriculum feedback and program updates.
• Ensures adherence to risk culture by enforcing policies and processes.
• Conducts post-program checkpoints to accelerate speed to proficiency.
• Oversees 25+ employees through the new hire learning journey.
• Participates in LOB leadership routines and provides stakeholder updates.
