Waypoint in Concord, NH seeks Homemakers/Personal Care Service Providers to help older adults remain independent at home. You’ll offer compassionate help with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meals, and personal care, while providing companionship.

Formación

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience is helpful but training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, compassionate support that helps someone live independently at home.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, comfortable home.
• Support personal care and daily routines to promote independent living.

• Assist with errands and shopping; be a trusted source of encouragement and dignity.

What You'll Do

You'll provide practical, compassionate support that helps someone continue living life on their own terms:

• Help create a safe, comfortable home through light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support independence with personal care and daily routines
• Build a meaningful connection through companionship and genuine human interaction
• Help with everyday needs such as errands and shopping
• Be a trusted source of encouragement, dignity, and support

Sometimes the difference you make will be something big. Sometimes it's simply being there when someone needs you.

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to have years of experience to make a difference. We're looking for people who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
• Comfortable working independently
• Patient and genuinely interested in helping others
• Reliable and able to follow through
• Comfortable providing support in someone's home

Previous caregiving or personal care experience is helpful, but training is available.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, required insurance, and successful background checks are required.
