Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Southern NH is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to support clients in Raymond, NH, delivering compassionate in-home care and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

You'll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with medications, and contribute to individualized care plans in a on-site, flexible full- or part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or similar caregiving role.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to clients, creating a positive environment.
• Assist with medications and maintain detailed health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the implementation of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday.
