Homewatch CareGivers of Southern NH is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver to support high-quality in-home care for clients in Raymond, NH. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help manage medications within personalized care plans.

The role welcomes both full-time and part-time schedules, with flexible shifts across the week, on-site in Southern NH. A caring, reliable team member is essential for our community-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 YO or older

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to clients, creating a positive environment.
• Assist with medications and maintain detailed health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the implementation of personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday.

This position is on-site only, located in Raymond, New Hampshire.
