Spokane Veterans Home is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse 2 to join our clinical team in Spokane, WA. This swing shift, full-time role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care to Veterans in a dedicated facility.
You will administer medications, maintain accurate records, assess residents, and support daily living activities while upholding our mission to serve those who served. The position requires a valid WA RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

Help us continue to fulfil our mission of "Serving Those Who Served" by providing essential quality of life care for our Veterans! We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Registered Nurse 2 at the Spokane Veterans Home in Spokane, WA!
As a Registered Nurse 2, you'll assist in the delivery of nursing and nursing-related care to vulnerable Veterans in need of skilled nursing care. You'll have the ability to lend direction and a caring attitude to your patients. You will also assist and monitor assigned residents with activities of daily living based on current nursing standards of practice and with a heart for our mission.
Updated as of July 1, 2025: This position is eligible for "Supplement Basic Shift Premium" for 24/7 Facilities. Employees who are assigned to a facility that provides direct care to residents, patients, and/or clients and whose duties are required to be performed on location will receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour of supplemental basic shift premium for each hour of basic shift premium. This shift premium does not apply to overtime hours. The supplemental basic shift premium shall expire on June 29, 2027.
*This position has been posted within the assigned pay range through Step W. Step X has not been published as this is considered the longevity step, in alignment with state HR compensation rules.
** Please note: The work schedule will be Friday - Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
** Hybrid/Telework: This position is not eligible for telework.
