What You'll Do

• Complete defined scope and standards of practice.
• Engage in environmental scanning to identify practice gaps.
• Collaborate with others to improve practice and healthcare outcomes.
• Function as a learning facilitator, change agent, and mentor.
• Champion scientific inquiry and advocate for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) specialty.
• Support learning, change, and professional role competence.
• Provide unit in-services and staff orientation.
• Standardize patient education and program competency development.
• Maintain documentation standards and optimize workflow.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in nursing education or a relevant Master’s degree required.
• Experience: 3+ years of oncology experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in New York.
