As a Collections Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping customers get back on track with their accounts while supporting Wilshire Consumer’s success. You’ll use technology, communication, and problem-solving skills to assist customers who are 31+ days past due and help prevent loan losses through smart, compassionate collection efforts.
