The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality policy servicing for the Global Casualty Major Complex unit, collaborating with branch offices and internal teams to ensure policy transactions meet service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation or commercial casualty underwriting support preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
• Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Windows 10.
• Demonstrated accountability for assigned work and production output.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality policy servicing and underwriting support to the Global Casualty Major Complex business unit.
• Complete registration, policy issuance, and post-bind transactions accurately and within required timeframes.
• Ensure premiums are registered correctly and reflected accurately in the policy processing system.
• Identify and use appropriate systems and company forms/endorsements to complete and submit policies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with branch offices to obtain information and verify policy details.
• Maintain or exceed service standards related to production, service, support, and customer service.
• Monitor work queue items and take appropriate action to ensure timely processing of requests and responses.
• Identify and communicate system-related issues to the appropriate teams.
