Position: Line Cook

Primarily responsible for cooking and preparing food items according to recipes, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and prescribed methods.
  • Follow designated cook times and maintain food quality.
  • Receive, store, and rotate products per health regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Report equipment issues promptly.
  • Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Read and understand tickets, communicate effectively, and work as a team.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read tickets and understand modifications.
  • Stand for long periods; lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Proper use of knives and kitchen tools.
  • Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification.
