Ideal candidates have 3+ years of WC claim handling experience and relevant designations (AIC/CPCU/SCLA). Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential bonus and stock incentives based

Responsabilités

• Supervise workers’ compensation claims for key accounts.
• Analyze coverage/jurisdictional issues and defense strategies.
• Evaluate exposure and reserves, including reserves > $100,000.
• Provide technical direction and training to Field Claims associates.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to key accounts.
• Pursue continuing education to stay current in duties.
