Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years casualty claim handling experience preferred.
• Proficient in coverage analysis and claims evaluation.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and defense strategies in assigned states and claims.
• Evaluate claims and set reserves in excess of $100,000.
• Participate in coverage analysis for the assigned claims.
• Provide technical direction and support to field claims associates.
• Prepare reports and other written correspondence for stakeholders.
• Participate in mediations, seminars, and meetings; travel as required.
