• Transfers product between facilities using forklift and trucks.
• May pick up and drop off items from suppliers or customers.
• Operates forklift when necessary.
• Will be trained in other areas to fill in as needed.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Salary Range: $27.50 - $29.60 Hourly

Job Summary

The WB Component (Warehouse) Coordinator is to count inventory and relay the count information to the Purchasing department via email.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Duties/Responsibilities

• Pulls and deliver parts based on requests from kitting, production, and assembly.


• Receives parts using warehouse insights and handheld scanners.


• Packages and stores inventory items on racking using warehouse insights


• Keeps areas organized and item are received at the warehouse.


• Transfer product between facilities as needed using a forklift truck and Pickup truck with a gooseneck trailer.


• May pick up and drop off items from suppliers or customers


• Operates forklift truck when necessary.


• Will be trained in other areas to fill in as needed (teeth & shanks, hydraulic kits, shipping, finished goods, and parts orders)


• Performs other related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, production workers, purchasing department, and management.


• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.


• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Business Central.


• Proficient keyboarding skills.


• Extremely organized with attention to details and able to work with minimum supervision.


• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Experience with computerized inventory systems required.


• Forklift operator certification is preferred.


• Valid drivers license with the ability to pass DOT physical and obtain insurance approval

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.


• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.


• Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
