Job summary

European Wax Center in Evanston is hiring licensed estheticians and cosmetologists for our Wax Specialist development program, with the goal of becoming Peer Trainers. You will perform waxing services and mentor new hires on the floor.

As a full-time Wax Specialist, you’ll deliver high-quality waxing, educate guests on routines and products, coach peers, and uphold service standards while contributing to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong history of performance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite.
• Meet or exceed metrics related to services per ticket and retail sales.
