Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Waxer - Esthetician to deliver high-quality waxing services in a warm, guest-focused environment. You will educate guests on our exclusive process, showcase products, promote Wax Passes, and help drive referrals and pre-bookings to meet sales goals.

The role requires an esthetician or cosmetologist license, a friendly, reliable attitude, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends. Competitive compensation includes commissions and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive, outgoing disposition and strong communication skills.
• Reliability, attendance consistency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on the 4 Step to Gorgeous Process and benefits.
• Demonstrate Strut 365 and promote Wax Passes and savings.
• Drive sales through referrals and pre-bookings.
• Maintain clean, safe wax suite and center environment.
• Deliver precise waxing services with guest comfort in mind.
• Engage with guests using EWC terminology and tailor interactions.
