The role emphasizes sales of center products, meeting guest retention and product sales metrics, and maintaining a clean, brand-standard waxing suite. Training will be provided for newly licensed estheticians.

Qualifications

• Valid state Esthetician, Cosmetology or Waxing license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
• Strong attention to detail for precise waxing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following standards and protocols.
• Build a loyal guest base through rebooking and outstanding service.
• Promote European Wax Center products to support center sales.
• Meet sales metrics including product sales and guest retention.
