Qualifications

• Valid state Esthetician, Cosmetology or Waxing license required.
• Newly licensed estheticians are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following standards and techniques.
• Build a loyal guest base through rebooking and outstanding visits.
• Recommend European Wax Center products to boost results and sales.
• Meet sales performance metrics including guest retention and product sales.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite and brand standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow waxing skills.
