Job summary

Stuller, Inc. in Lafayette, LA seeks a Wax Technician - Plastic to produce high-quality plastic patterns for lost-wax casting. You will use injection molding, inspect for defects, and hand off patterns to the next step in the process.

The role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Work hours are 10:00am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday, with potential for skill development and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity for detailed tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.

Responsibilities

• Process fill lines for order requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect injected patterns to ensure highest quality for casting.
• Identify and report quality issues or imperfections.
• Perform manual paper processing operations as needed.
• Use molds and plastic injection to produce duplicate patterns.
• Complete computer-based training and monitor important information via email.
