Job summary

Avalon Precision Casting Company, LLC is seeking a dependable wax pattern assembler to work under the Production Supervisor. You will read work orders, operate injection presses, inspect parts, and maintain dies to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks; basic math/reading.
• Must be able to wear PPE and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine part specs and quantity.
• Inspect and sort defective pieces.
• Operate and maintain wax injection dies and presses under supervision.
• Record accurate production data in ERP system.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
