Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an NDT Operator - Wax for the 3rd shift. You will perform X-ray inspections of wax patterns, evaluate wall thickness, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure product integrity on a manufacturing floor.

You will complete on-site certification training, follow SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting continuous improvement in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete on-site certification training.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow procedures, work instructions, and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray inspection of wax patterns and evaluate wax wall thickness.
• Serve as liaison between Production and Engineering regarding wax wall measurements and x-ray results.
• Provide timely feedback to Engineering to prevent wall thickness excursions and core breakage.
• Conduct x-ray and wax wall inspections on a full-time basis while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
